Welcome to Room 4! I am excited to get this year started and I'm looking forward to a great time. This section will have weekly updates and upcoming events/happenings regarding Room 4. Feel free to post any questions you have regarding a project, an assignment, or an upcoming field trip or event and I will get back to you ASAP. This will be open to all 5th grade Liberty students and parents to communicate with me for any questions and/or comments you may have.
Let me give you a heads up what to expect for this year.
In Room 4 the students will have math, science and social studies until noon and then after lunch for the remaining time they will take their backpacks and head over to Room 3 where they will have reading, writing and art and the students from Room 3 will come for their turn of fun. We have this type of switching to prepare the students for middle school in two main areas: getting used to multiple teachers and improving on their organizational skills.
